At Bloom & Lace, we take great pride in creating beautiful, fresh floral arrangements. Because flowers are perishable and custom-made for each order, we do not offer refunds once an arrangement has been created or delivered.


However, your satisfaction is very important to us! If there’s ever an issue with your order—such as damaged flowers, a missing item, or something not quite right—please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for a photo of the arrangement.


We’re here to help, and we want every bouquet to bring joy—just as it should.
